We will send to you and e-mail with the proposal for booking including a full description of the Apartment/Studio, maximum number of tenants, Time of Arrival and Time of Departure, total price of the desired stay, amount for booking, forbidden any animal or pet, protocol of incivic behaviours of the community of homeowners of Benal Beach and sanctions to incivic person in our urbanization.

The incivic attitudes are fully forbidden in the urbanization Benal Beach, both in apartments and studios and in public areas, and entail economic sanctions on the incivic person by the community of homeowners.

Parties, barbecues, loud music, noise, beatings and any unciviable acts that disturb a neighbor are strictly prohibited, and will be sanctioned by the community of homeowners, in addition the Police will be called, causing the immediate eviction of the Apartment/Studio regardless of the time of day or night, and without any compensation or return to the incivic tenant.

The rest hours indicated by the community of homeowners Benal Beach are 23 hours to 10 hours.

The owners will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur as a result of the misuse that the client may make of the Apartment / Studio or the common areas of Benal Beach, claiming to the incivic person all damages that may be committed.

In our apartments and studios we do not accept any type of animal or pet (neither tiny) for reasons of allergy of tenants. If someone violated this rule, they would automatically be evicted from the Apartment/Studio at the time we found out, and would not be entitled to any compensation, also losing the entire price of the rented period.

In the event that the maximum number of tenants indicated in the e-mail with the booking proposal is not respected, the owners have the right to ask the customer to leave the Apartment/Study and the customer will not be entitled to claim any compensation.

Formalization of Booking

Payment of the reservation amount, indicated in the e-mail with the reservation proposal, by bank transfer or credit card.


Confirmation of Booking

After receiving the booking amount, we will send you the booking confirmation by e-mail for the desired period and Apartment/Studio requested, with its details.

Cancellation of Booking

If mobility from the customer’s origin to Benalmadena is prohibited by law under the circumstances of COVID19, the amount of booking would be saved for later when permitted by mobility and the period desired by the customer.

In the face of a serious illness, serious accident or any other serious circumstance that can be demonstrated, the Apartment/Study would be made available for the period that the customer made the booking, so that there is a possibility that another person may be interested in making the booking in the same period, so that the booking can be returned to the customer that for serious adverse circumstances could not come.

Also, with a notice of:

• At least three months before the Arrival Date, if requested by the customer, 100% of the booking amount can be refunded.
• At least two months before the Arrival Date, if requested by the customer, 75% of the booking amount can be refunded.
• Less than two months from the Arrival Date, the booking amount will not be refunded.

Time of Arrival and Time of Departure

The Time of Arrival to the Apartment/Studio is from 17:00 hours. In the e-mail with the booking proposal you will be told the Time of Arrival of the Apartment/Studio in which you are interested in.

The Time of Departure of the Apartment/Studio is until 11:00 hours in any case.

The Time of Arrival and the Time of Departure can be flexible if there are no other customers leaving or entering the same day. Please ask on the day of entry to confirm the Time of Arrival.

Keys

One hour before arriving in Benal Beach, please call at the contact phone number of the owner of the Apartment/Studio you have booked, which was provided to you in the e-mail of the booking confirmation. As soon as you arrive in Benal Beach, notify the owner so that they are are in the Apartment/Studio booked by you to receive you and hand over the keys to you. The address of the Apartment/Studio was communicated to you in the e-mail of the booking confirmation.

Please, in the face of a possible delay in the Time of Arrival, please inform the owner as soon as possible of the new Time of Arrival, in order to avoid unnecessary waits.
